Sports




Sports are known as a physical activity where people that play them have to be competitive.
Usually there are rules for every sport out there, for example: how many okayer can participate, what things you can do and what things can you not. Also players have to use an especific unifomr depending on the sport they are playing. There are different kinds of sports, the most known ones are: physical sports, then we have mind sports for example: card games, strategy board games, etc. And competitive video games that are considered nowadayas as electronic sports. And the type i like the most are extreme sport sor also known as adventure sports.

Extreme sports is a term for certain activities that involve speed, height or a high level of physical exertion. For example: skydiving, snow skiing, exteme ironing, etc.
I dont do sports but these are the ones i found interesting.

Sports can be a hobby or can be a job. There are people that do it professionally and other ones as a hobby, so they can improve their skills.

 At the end it doesnt matter if you play sports as a profesional or just for fun or for pleasure, you need the same attitude; you have to be positive, you need passion, you have to push through resistance and you can not give up.
If you dont like sports but you feel familiar with this types of attitudes give yourself a chance, sports help you to improve your brain and body, and they make you healthy

Essay


Life: Before and Now

As time goes by we humans change, we changed our perspective, our way of living, how we eat, what we do, etc. This is a rule of life and its called “Evolution”.
I read yesterday on the internet “Theres only one constant in life: and its inconstancy” and i agree.

Life from before to now is so different. Now we live in an-ondemand world with the exponential rise in technological smarts. People get crazy if they lose their cellphones, if there’s no internet, if theres no cable tv when people from before, i mean, long time ago they didn’t even have phones at their homes.
I find really fascinating what humans can do, can create, can imagine but now people complain more about life.

We have become so used to having our needs met at a quicker pace tan before, this would be the only negative opinion i have.

Something i think has been the best change that has happened is how we think now. Before people tended to shy away from inciting conversation about politics, religion or any topic that may inspire controversy.

Now people are open minded, they’ve learned empathy, understanding and respect.
In the present now we can express how we feel, who we are, our careers, studies and interest with anyone and without the fear of being judged.

This is what i like the most from life before and now.

obesity








As time goes by humans develop as well our physical conditions. Obesity is defined as a medical condition which affects our body in a negative way and is a world wide problem that affects not only adults but children as well.

Theres been an increase in the last decade and now-a-day its very common to see people with this medical condition when really long time ago fat people used to be a freak performing in the circus.

Obesity is know as the key to develop cardiovascular disease, diabetes and many other health problems that are not good for our hearts and body because it increases the chances of death. This is caused not just because a bad diet but also for the lack of exercise, sendentary lifestyle or genetic of obesity.

We all need to start changing our habits for example: as time goes by food changes and its not for good, it contains more chemicals and become less organic so we should ban certain foods in schools so kids eat healthy, to have more fruits and vegetables at home, reduce time infront of TV,PC, also weigh yourself regularly, walk at least 15 minutes per day.We need to start ourselves so we can become rolemodels.

In conlusion obesity is not good and thats what people need to realize.
We must become conscious about obesity and take it seriously. Lets take advantage of human capacities labilities and do something good for yourself.

last class we talked about The Good Old Days  where we read this: "I miss the days when i discovered new cultures and different ways of life when traveling abroad"  so i would like to share my recent experience in Mexico.

I went for 6 days to Mexico City, to concerts, art shows, museums, restaurants and to learn more about the differences cultures we have.

first class



The first class we attended teacher started talking about how making connections with people, one of the descriptions she said was: eye to eye, this was the first time i heard this phrase. I wasnt really sure about the meaning but i thougt it was like talking face to face with someone then teacher Andrea explained to me what it really means.
The meaning its having the same opinion as someone else. 

Im glad i realized because its actually a very common phrase nowadays.
