As time goes by humans develop as well our
physical conditions. Obesity is defined as a medical condition which affects
our body in a negative way and is a world wide problem that affects not only
adults but children as well.
Theres been an increase in the last decade
and now-a-day its very common to see people with this medical condition when
really long time ago fat people used to be a freak performing in the circus.
Obesity is know as the key to develop
cardiovascular disease, diabetes and many other health problems that are not
good for our hearts and body because it increases the chances of death. This is
caused not just because a bad diet but also for the lack of exercise,
sendentary lifestyle or genetic of obesity.
We all need to start changing our habits
for example: as time goes by food changes and its not for good, it contains
more chemicals and become less organic so we should ban certain foods in
schools so kids eat healthy, to have more fruits and vegetables at home, reduce
time infront of TV,PC, also weigh yourself regularly, walk at least 15 minutes
per day.We need to start ourselves so we can become rolemodels.
In conlusion obesity is not good and thats
what people need to realize.
We must become conscious about obesity and
take it seriously. Lets take advantage of human capacities labilities and do
something good for yourself.
